For over 90 years, ROHM has been recognized as the leader in chucking tools and their Keyless Chucks are considered the best in industry.  Manufactured in Germany to precision standards, jaws and bodies are hardened and ground for long life.  All metal construction offers greater clamping force.  We do not recommend using a keyless chuck on a reversible drill. Note:  Some tool companies sell a low cost Chinese made clone of the ROHM chuck (of course they do not bother to tell you theirs is made in China) - do not be fooled, ours is the real deal, high quality, and is made in Germany.

• 1/4" Drill Capacity - will hold any drill bit up to and including 1/4" in diameter.

NOTE:  If you will be installing this ROHM Keyless Chuck on a Sioux model 1410 or 1412 Mini Palm Drill, you will need to order a spacer in order to provide sufficient clearance where the bottom of the chuck meets the nose of the drill motor.  The spacer is a perfectly flat machined washer and you simply slide it over the spindle of the drill before you install the keyless chuck.
