The  "SR" Sealant Cutters tackle the difficult job of removing aircraft sealants in a wide range of situations including aircraft wing fuel tanks.  Because SR Cutters have a hollow core, they can remove sealant around the heads of aircraft fasteners such as rivets, Hi-Loks , or bolts.  Because they are also "side-cutting", they are perfectly situated for removing sealant fillets in seams found in areas such as fuel tanks.  Designed for use in low RPM threaded drill motors, SR Cutters feature an industry standard 1/4-28 male thread to  attach directly to a 90 or 45 degree threaded drill motor.  Manufactured from a heavy-duty plastic resin material, SR Cutters will easily slice through aircraft sealants but will not damage fasteners or underlying structures. For optimal performance, SR Cutters should be operated at 800-1000RPM, the maximum operating speed should not exceed 1,500 RPM.  Choose from two different diameters.  Made in the USA!
