Intended for use on highly abrasive and hard materials including many of today's advanced composite materials. Our Carbide Tipped Countersink features a 3/32" thru hole to facilitate the use of various pilot sizes with only one cutter. The pilots lock into place with the use of a set screw and can easily be changed.. Countersink is two flute, 1/2" diameter, 130 degree, with 1/4-28 threads. Pilots are sold separately (see BAT-4420 series part numbers) and are available in a variety of sizes.
